| 1. What is DirectX Happy Uninstall? |
| DirectX Happy Uninstall(DHU) is a powerful
management tool for Microsoft DirectX. Using DHU, you can BACKUP,
RESTORE, DISC-ROLLBACK, and FULL INSTALL DirectX. A correct DirectX
is necessary in your computer. |
| 2. What are the OS requirements? |
| DHU v4.0 or later support WINDOWS 2000/XP(x86)/2003(x86)/VISTA(x86)/2008(x86),
And we will release x64 support in the future version. |
| 3. I am running WinXP/Win2003, I need
to FULL INSTALL DirectX 9.0c, how can I do this? |
Very easy, just two
steps. Step one...oh, before starting, you must ensure that you have
downloaded the DirectX 9.0C independent installation package, but
not web installation, I say again, not web installation, it must be
independent installation package. Usually it would be greater than
the size of 50 MB. You can goto here to find a new DirectX 9.0C:

Then, let's go. Two easy steps. Step one, run DHU, click "RollBack",
DISC-ROLLBACK DirectX 8.1, reboot your PC. Step two, run DHU, click
"Install", FULL INSTALL DirectX 9.0C according prompts.
OK, all done. Enjoy your new DX9.0C. |
| 4. Every time, when I run DHU, it
immediately restart my computer. Why? |
| When DHU detected a debugger, or some
programs and virus had debugger action, it will restart the computer.
So please don't run any debugger with DHU. If you are sure you did
not run any debugger, it is possible viruses, Trojans presence in
your computer. |
| 5. I am running Windows Vista/Windows
Server 2008, can DHU support Windows Vista/2008? |
| Yes, DHU can fully support Windows Vista
and Windows Server 2008, but only x86(32-Bit) edition. We will release
x64 support in the future version. |

Thank you, DHU helped me out. I've had a problem on Server 2003 with
a game cmplaining about DirectX 8.1 not being installed. I used DHU
to rollback 8.1 and then re-install 9.0c and now everything works
fine. Thanks for this great piece of software |

Thank you very much, I applied the software and it worked perfectly
for me. DirectX 9.0b blocked my computer and by using your software
it was possible to rollback to 8.1 and the roll through to 9.0c |

Thanks, I was having problems with mismatched versions of DX files
(DLLs from version 4 somehow made it to my system while I was running
version 9C!) I used your software to remove DX9C, install DX81 and
then re-install DX9C from the Microsoft distribution package. MY COMPUTER
WORKS AGAIN!!!! Best $12.95 I ever spent! THANK YOU! |

Your program worked wonderfully... I was having problems getting a
program called Beyond TV to work after Service Pack 1 was installed
on Windows 2003 Server - Web Server Edition. I ran your program to
rollback and then install the current DirectX version. Now everything
works fine |

Oh yes it works!Finally I can run Sony Acid Pro on Windows 2003, thanks
to your app I was able to re-install DirectX 9.0c with all libs!You
might want to let people know on your website that your app is the
only solution to get Sony Acid Pro running and it's running perfectly. |
